At Network Support Solutions, customer

We are looking to recruit an Administrative Assistant – a crucial role within the organisation – to support
our clients.
Job Description:
- Answering the telephone
- Log all calls via phone or email from
customers
- To assign jobs to engineers, organise
their diary and liaise with customers
- To log time taken to support customers
- To raise quotations for goods and
services for customers
- To order equipment and services from suppliers
- Oversee stock control, ensure that basic
equipment needed on a regular basis is kept in stock and is booked out to
customers as required
- To raise paperwork for support contracts
- To communicate with customers, suppliers,
engineers and business owners
- To supervise the apprentice as required
- To report to Managing Director Katy
Jones
Person Specification
Essentials
- Excellent organisational skills,
- IT confidence,
- Confident and polite communication
skills, both written and on the phone.
- Strong literacy skills
- Be punctual and reliable
Desirable
- Experience in customer care
- Ability to offer first line computer
support
- Level headed/calm in a crisis and able to
prioritise workload
