Then we use our knowledge and experience to identify the best solution suited to specific needs, we deliver all proposals in person and run through them to make sure that everything is clear and understandable.
Once we've helped the client to select the right hardware and identified their network requirements we can install hardware, software and configure servers. We ensure all data is copied before any work is done
We train clients in the use of any new systems and leave processes in place to ensure that good practice is followed, all data is backed up regularly, anti-virus software is working correctly and all systems are secure.
The combination of wear and tear brought on by software, internet viruses and human interaction soon takes its toll on IT networks.
