This can range from preventing the disaster happening through planning and system setup, to recovering data after a disaster.
A client's hard drive failed in their server but they didn't even realise that there was a problem because of the way the server had been built. We were alerted to the hard drive fault, fitted a new one and there was very little loss of service.
Another client needed to work from home while their premises were out of action due to flooding. We were able to set them up so that their customers were unaware of any problem.
A local business with a hard drive failure brought the laptop into us and we were able to retrieve the data using some specialist software, thus preventing what was potentially the end of her business. Needless to say she is now a client
