Starting to blog re PC Net Solutions
We are busy with a business review at the moment, which means I am asking our clients what it is they like about us.
A lot of positive comments so far, including: we use words they understand when we are talking about computers, we communicate well with our clients, they are happy that their data is as safe as it can be when we look after it.
One of our clients was chatting to me over a nice glass of pinot grigio about an ex IT support company he used who had a "customer relationship manager" who came out to see them once a year but when they needed an engineer there was always a reason why there was no-one available!
It's all about getting that balance right isn't it?
